A simple elegant shape that can be used for decoration or as a snack bowl. The bowl is made from steel that is hammered by hand and burnished on hot embers to create a dark smoky exterior. The exterior retains its delicate hammer markings, while the inside is highly polished to a mirror finish. It can be accompanied by the larger version to create a set. This bowl is hand made by a traditional metal work community in the Central Highlands of Sri Lanka.
